All the way from Burleson Texas, I had the pleasure of talking with Daniel Rainville. Daniel is a local truck driver for a leading U.S. supplier of bulk and packaged gases with his roots planted deep in the heart of Texas. When he's not on the road, he's at home with his wife and two children (and another on the way). For several years since starting this work, Daniel would come home to his wife and share detailed ideas of stories that could either become novels or movies, though he saw them as cinematic as he thought them up.
Daniel never thought about writing, but while driving he had a lot of time to think and was able to create a few pretty stories. At the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, Daniel often worked 65-70 hour weeks delivering bulk gases to hospitals and industrial customers in need. He found himself expanding further into these stories as a stress reliever, collecting more details and even more storyline ideas. His wife continued to encourage him to put these stories on paper, and he took that even further by writing his first short story, Of Feathers and Fangs. Currently he is working on turning it into a screenplay.
